Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery Time:
    • Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical delays.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
    • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your package on our delivery partner’s website.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Address:
    • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Saltie is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
    • If you wish to modify the address after placing an order, contact us at hello@clubsaltie.com immediately. Changes may not be possible after the order is dispatched.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts:
    • In case of a failed delivery attempt, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a reattempt.
    • If the package is undeliverable due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@clubsaltie.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment (or the expected delivery date).
  • For damaged packages, please include photos of the damaged product and packaging for a faster resolution.

International Shipping
